Volta à Noruega em farmácia // Tour of Norway in Pharmacy

A partir do corrente mês de Julho "mudei" de emprego. Continuo ligado contratualmente à empresa Apotek1 - também não podia ser de outra forma porque temos de cumprir obrigatoriamente 1 ano de contracto - mas como estava a trabalhar na minha farmácia apenas para suprir a falta de uma farmacêutica que estava de baixa de maternidade, foi necessário arranjar uma outra solução.

A primeira solução proposta foi a de eu ir trabalhar para a mesma farmácia que a Carol. Proposta que me desagradou muito e devido a:

• A farmácia está aberta até às 20h e só tem 3 farmacêuticos, o que faria que numa semana só iríamos ter duas tardes juntos, e apenas um fim de semana juntos por cada 3 semanas.

• Ia ser um pincel para tirar férias em conjunto.

•  A possibilidade de tirar uma sexta e uma segunda e aproveitar o fim de semana para viajar ia ser também bastante difícil.

Assim, conversei com o chefe regional, e chegámos a uma outra alternativa.

Vou trabalhar 50% do tempo numa farmácia nova que vai abrir depois das férias, e a outra metade do tempo trabalharei onde precisarem de mim. Serei um "farmacêutico substituto" para a região de Telemark e Vestfold.

Como é que isso funciona?

Quando uma farmácia precisa de mim, devido a baixas de maternidade/ doença, férias ou simples falta de pessoal, é combinado comigo e com a farmácia onde estou fixo, os dias que precisam de mim e o horário. Feito isso é depois inserido o tempo que demoro de casa ao local de trabalho, multiplica-se por dois e insere-se no tempo de trabalho daquele dia.  

Como neste momento não tenho carro o tempo considerado é de casa ao terminal dos autocarros e daí para o destino final, eu pago o bilhete e depois sou reembolsado no final do mês.

Quando eu tiver carro a deslocação é paga com 4,15Kr por Km ou um pouco mais, cerca de 4,65Kr se for com carro eléctrico.

Durante este mês já fui umas vezes para Larvik, e para a semana vou a semana inteira para Seljord servir de reforço porque por lá há um grande festival de musica Country e era preciso reforço de pessoal. Por ser um pouco mais longe vou ficar por lá no único hotel da "cidade", com jantar incluído. Vou dar férias à Carol. :)

A verde as farmácias onde já fui, a vermelho aquelas que ainda tenho que conhecer :)

É possível que o que o titulo esteja (ligeiramente) exagerado. :) Mas fica também a informação que existe realmente o emprego de andar pela Noruega de mala às costas para fazer substituições onde for preciso. Com deslocações, hotéis e comida pagas claro.

From the current month of July I "changed" job. I'm still contractually bound to Apotek1 company - and it couldn't be otherwise because we have to fulfill the mandatory 1-year contract - but as I was working in my pharmacy only to suppress the lack of a pharmacist that was on maternity permission, it was necessary to get another solution.

The first proposed solution was to work in the same pharmacy where Carol works. Proposal that displeased me a lot and due to:

• The fact that the pharmacy is open until 20h and has only 3 pharmacists, which would make that in a week we would only have two afternoons together, and only one weekend together every 3 weeks.

• It would be very difficult to have holidays together.

•  The possibility of taking a Friday and a Monday and enjoy the weekend to travel some place else would also be quite difficult.

So, I discussed this with the regional chief, and we have reached another alternative.

I will be 50% of the time working in a new pharmacy that will open after the holidays (around October), and the other half will be where they need me. I'll be a "substitute pharmacist substitute" for the region of Telemark and Vestfold.

How does this work?

When a pharmacy needs me, due to permission / holidays or simple lack of staff, is combined with me and the pharmacy where I am and it's settled how many days they need me and when (morning or afternoon). After that is also taken into account the time it takes me from home to the workplace, multiply by two and is part of the working time that day.

As at this time I don't have car the time considered is from my home to the bus terminal and then to the final destination, I pay the tickets and then at the end of the month that value is refunded.

When I have the car, each travel is paid 4,15Kr per km or slightly more, about 4,65Kr if you have a electric car.

During this month I've worked already few days in Larvik, and next week I will work every day in Seljord because they need a reinforcement due to a big Country music festival. 

Being a little further (about 2 hours and 30 minutes by bus) I will stay there in the only hotel in the "City", with dinner included. I'll give a week free to Carol. :)

It is possible that the title is (slightly) exaggerated. :) But I want also to pass the information that there really it's possible to have the kind of job where you travel across Norway to make replacements where necessary. With travel, accommodation and food paid course.
