Pelo segundo ano consecutivo passámos o Natal aqui na Noruega! Neste caso, numa casa diferente e em companhia diferente.

Há um ano estávamos aqui de fresco, e foi a PG que veio ter connosco :). Este ano tivemos a visita do pai do Ricardo, da irmã mais velha e da Filipa. Comemos tudo a que temos direito: bacalhau e couves no Natal com belo vinho português e no dia 25 foi a vez da perna de borrego assada no forno (essa made in Norway eheh).

Experimentámos Svineribbe (um prato "natalício" norueguês) quando a Carla chegou e temos a dizer que também ficou aprovado.

Os restantes pratos noruegueses não tivemos ainda bem coragem de experimentar. Peru no forno norueguês conta? :D

Sim, tenho um vestido de Natal. Tudo por causa de um jantar temático que fizemos uma vez em Lisboa.. ou o usava da 24 ou não tem uso! :D // Yes, I have a Christmas dress.. due to a themed dinner we did once in Lisbon.. and if i couldn't on the 24.. when can i use? :D

For the second consecutive year we spent Christmas here in Norway! In this case, in a different house and a with different company.

A year ago we were new here, and was PG that spent the Christmas with us :). This year we had the visit of Ricardo's father, his older sister and Filipa. We ate everything we have right to: cod and cabbage on Christmas' eve with beautiful Portuguese wine and on the 25th it was the turn of roasted lamb leg in the oven (lamb made in Norway eheh).

We tried Svine Ribbe (a Norwegian "christmas" dish) when Carla arrived and we have to say that was also approved.

Rewarding the other Norwegian dishes... we had not been well the courage to try. Norwegian

The remain days have been spent with several tours Ricardo is back to work today and I'll be back tomorrow. What is good passes quickly!
