A(s) ultima(s) ceia(s) // The last supper(s)

É desta! Estamos de partida, finalmente. Com tantos meses de férias a ansiedade já está acumulada e quero ver e sentir como será esta nova vida.

Estes dias foram passados em jantares de despedida. Agarrámos a oportunidade e fomos tentando estar com todas as pessoas que de uma maneira ou de outra são importantes para nós.

Na segunda feira conseguimos reunir grande parte dos nossos amigos num restaurante em Lisboa com os quais passámos um bom bocado. Foi uma maneira de levarmos um pouco de todos na nossa bagagem. :)

Para mim a última ceia foi na Costa, com a minha família alargada (famílias século XXI são assim), houve lágrimas mas sobretudo desejos para chegar, ver e vencer.

A partir de agora espero que a nossa (meia) dúzia de seguidores fiéis consiga ver algo de interessante sobre a Noruega aqui no tasco!

This is it! We are finally leaving. With so many months "off work", the anxiety is already accumulated and we want to see and feel how this new life will be.

These days were spent in farewell dinners. We grab the opportunity and we tried to be with all those who in one way or another are important to us.

On Monday we managed to gather most of our friends at a restaurant in Lisbon with whom we spent a good bit. It was a way we take a little of all of our luggage. :)

For me the last supper was at Costa with my extended family (families XXI century are so), there were tears but above all wishes to come, see and conquer.

From now on I hope our (half) dozen faithful followers can see something interesting on our way here in Norway!

Coisas que vou sentir falta // Things I will miss - #2

Terça-feira fizemos o teste do B1. Foram quatro horas de muito suor e algumas lágrimas, mas no geral correu bem. Quinta-feira foi a entrevista para realizar o teste Oral. Vinte e poucos minutos de conversa fiada, em que o principal foco era a nossa capacidade de nos expressarmos e nos fazermos entender. Tenho a perfeita noção que fiz alguns erros, que disse frases "à Índio", mas o facto de saber explicar em norueguês as razões que nos vão levar a emigrar, contar o que gostamos de fazer nas férias ou onde vivemos já é bastante bom, e por isso obtivemos o nível B1 em Norueguês ao fim de um pouco mais de 9 meses.

Temos ainda mais quatro dias em solo Português, e entre malas e sacos de vacuum estamos a fazer as despedidas de tudo e de todos.

O último jogo de Monopoly com certas pessoas :P // The last Monopoly game with "certain" people :P

Algo que vou ter de me despedir, vai ser algo do qual eu gosto muito. Ganhar.

Ganhar ao quê? Não interessa, mas adoro ganhar. Seja ao berlinde, a jogar FIFA, ao Monopoly, etc. Aquela conversa do "Ganhar ou perder o que conta é participar", nunca fez sentido para mim. É giro, é divertido e fico entretido a jogar o que quer que seja, mas se for a ganhar tudo isso aumenta exponencialmente. Claro está, que quando era miúdo era um fartote de birras a cada derrota.

Em adulto existem certas pessoas que já não querem jogar Monopoly comigo (cof cof), e claro que quando estou a perder(é raro mas acontece :P) sou um alvo de gozo fácil entre o meu grupo de amigos.

Portanto, vou sentir muita falta de ganhar ao pessoal do costume.

Tuesday we did the B1 test. It took four hours of a lot of sweat and a few tears, but overall went well. Thursday was the interview to conduct the Speaking Test. Twenty minutes of small talk, in which the main focus was our ability to express ourselves and make ourselves understood. I am perfectly aware that I made some mistakes, with some "primitive" speak, but the fact of knowing enough Norwegian to explain the reasons that lead us to migrate, tell them what we like to do on vacation or where we live is already quite good, and therefore we obtained the level obtained in Norwegian B1 after little over 9 months. We have four more days on Portuguese soil, and between bags and vacuum bags are  the goodbyes to everyone and everything.

Something I'll have to say goodbye will be something I really like. Win.

To win what? Does not matter because I just love winning. Be marbles, playing FIFA, to Monopoly, etc. That talk of "Win or lose what counts is to participate", never made sense to me. It's nice, it's fun and I'm entertained to play whatever it is, but if it is to win... I will enjoy even more. 

Of course, when I was a kid were thousands of small quarrels every time I was defeat.

Now there are certain people who no longer want to play Monopoly with me (cough cough), and of course when I'm losing (it's rare but it happens :P) am an easy target for joy among my group of friends.

So.. I will miss winning my usual friends :P

Acabámos o nível B1 de Noruguês!!!

E agora, começar a fazer as malas! 

Por conselho da PG comprei 3 sacos com rolha para vácuo para ver se consigo enfiar o Rossio na rua da Betesga.

Cheiro a Brisa Marítima (nem fazia ideia que estas coisas tinham cheiro! mas até que é agradável) //

Agora que já fizemos o exame final e que o grande dia se aproxima é começar a contar os dias para irmos. Os dias vão ser passados entre planos de última hora e jantares e blabla de despedidas :)

No entanto já prevejo que nos próximos dias o meu quarto esteja neste "semi-caos" LOL:

Para a semana já vão começar a ver fotos da Noruega por aqui :). É já dia 12 que vamos para Oslo!

And now, let's start packing!

With the advice of PG, I bought 3 bags with vacuum stopper to see if I can stick the everything in the bags/boxes and other stuff :)

Now after we've done the final exam and the big day approaching, the counting has started. The days will be passed between last minute plans and several dinners and farewell theme :)

However already predict that the next few days my room is this "semi-chaos" as you can see in the picture above ahaha.

Next week you will be already able to see photos of Norway here :). Our departure to Oslo is by 12.November next!

Coisas que vou sentir falta - Benfica // Things I will miss - Benfica # 1

Com alguém prestes a emigrar, praticamente só há um assunto. Nem somos nós a puxar por ele, mas neste momento é impossível fugir do tema Noruega. Quem nos vê poucas vezes pergunta com um ar muito surpreendido "Ainda não foste?" - Algo muito simpático, que nos faz pensar se estão assim tão ansiosos para nos ver longe. Quem é presença frequente na nossa vida quer saber os detalhes todos e como vai ser depois e etc, de maneira em que todas as minhas refeições familiares tem tido este tema algures entre a entrada e a sobremesa.

E no meio disto tudo, começo a pensar naquilo que vou sentir mais falta. Qual é a coisa qual é ela que eu na Noruega não vou poder fazer? Do que é que eu vou sentir saudades?

Bem eu tenho Pais, irmãs, família próxima e distante, vizinhos e amigos.

 Mas perguntam vocês (e bem);

- Então e o Estádio da Luz? - Então e o Benfica?

Meia Final da Liga Europa 2012/2013 Vs Fernerbahce

O Estádio mais bonito da Europa, e não sou eu que digo, está claramente no top de coisas a sentir falta. A possibilidade de num qualquer dia passar e admirar o estádio vai se tornar impossível. Acordar e decidir que hoje vou ver o jogo ao estádio, vai ser um momento reservado para Agosto (mesmo à emigra ahah).
Eu que no ano passado nem fui ver nenhum jogo ao estádio da Luz estou agora com sentimentalismos? A diferença é que o ano passado não fui porque não quis, para o ano não vou porque não posso. E estar a ver um jogo com o estádio cheio, que é algo que é difícil de explicar, ter a adrenalina a correr pelo corpo para festejar mais um golo do Benfica juntamente com 60 mil pessoas vai ser impossível de replicar a 4000 km de distancia.
Bem pelo menos com a quantidade de sites de streams que existem agora vou poder continuar a ver todos os jogos do Benfica. Como lá em casa somos os dois do Glorioso, a Carol é a primeira a dizer que a hora do Benfica é sagrada! :D
Mas e a impossibilidade de falar na segunda feira sobre os jogos do fim de semana? Bem para isso temos o skype e o facebook. :).

When someone is about to emigrate, practically there is only one subject. Most of the times w aren't the ones pulling for him, but at this point it is impossible to escape the theme Norway. Whoever sees us rarely points out the question with a very surprised air " are you still here?" - Something very likeable, which makes us think that they are so eager to see us off. Who's frequent presence in our lives want to know all the details and how it will be later and etc, so that all my family meals has had this issue somewhere between the entry and dessert. 

And through all of this, I start to think about what I will miss most. What is the thing which in Norway I will not be able to do? What will I miss? 

Well I have parents, sisters, extended family and distant neighbors and friends. 

  But you ask (and well); 

- And then the Stadium "of Light"? (direct translation to "Estádio da Luz" its name) - And  how about Benfica? (Portuguese football team)

The most beautiful stadium in Europe, and I'm not the only saying that, is clearly on top of things to miss. The possibility of in an ordinary day passing and admiring the stadium will become impossible. To wake up and decide that today I will watch the game at the stadium will be a time booked for August (just like an emigrant ahah). 

That last year I haven't seen any game at the stadium.. so why am I now feeling nostalgic? The difference is that last year I didn't go not because I couldn't just because I didn't want. Next year I won't go because I actually can't. And the feeling of watching a game with a full stadium, which is something that is hard to explain, geting the adrenaline running through the body to celebrate another goal for Benfica with 60 000 persons will be impossible to replicate with 4000 km distance. 

Well... at least with the amount of sites with streams that are now running I will be able to see all  the matches from Benfica. Because at home we are two Benfica supporters, Carol is the first to say that the hour of Benfica is sacred! : D 

But what about the impossibility of talking on Monday about the games of the weekend? Well for that we have skype and facebook for that. :).

Exame de Noruguês nível B1 - Antes // Norwegian Exam level B1 - Before

Bichinho na barriga on : Exame de Norueguês nível B1 dia 5 de Novembro.

Vai consistir em várias partes: Ler, Compreender, Ouvir, Composição, Gramática. Esta vertente vai demorar 4 horas. Depois iremos ter ainda uma componente Oral com a duração de 20 minutos. 

A PG já fez o exame e estou a fazer figas! Mas com certeza que a nota vai ser óptima :) .

P.s. Para quem já realizou exames noutras línguas, nomeadamente em Inglês vai notar que a estrutura é idêntica. Aqui a única diferença é que não é presencial e dão-nos um link durante 24 horas para podermos aceder ao exame. Depois de começar o exame temos 4 horas para o acabar (penso que cada parte esteja projectada para 45 minutos com 10 minutos de pausa ou assim).

Butterflies in my stomach: Examination of Norwegian B1 level 5 November. 

The examination will consist of several parts: Reading, Comprehension, Listening, Writing, Grammar. This part of the exam will take four hours. Then we still have an oral component lasting 20 minutes. 

PG has already done the exam and I am crossing my fingers! But surely the note will be great :). 

P. S. For those who already held examinations in other languages​​, including English will notice that the structure is identical. Here the only difference is that is done in the computer and they will give us a link for 24 hours in order to access the exam. Once you start the exam you have 4 hours to finish it (I think each part is designed for 45 minutes with 10 minute break or so).

Sistemas de Farmácias na Noruega e comparação com o Português (antes de chegar) // Pharmacies' System in Norway and comparison with the Portuguese one (before arriving Norway)

Vou aproveitar para falar um pouco sobre o sistema farmacêutico na Noruega. 

Aviso que esta é a nossa visão antes de chegarmos lá :)

Até 1 de março de 2001 a possibilidade de ser dono de uma farmácia na Noruega estava vedada a quem não fosse Farmacêutico. Após essa data houve a liberalização total do mercado das farmácias possibilitando o aparecimento de grandes cadeias. As únicas restrições neste momento são para os médicos e para as industrias farmacêuticas. Podemos fazer a analogia com o que se passou em Portugal mas em comparação foi muito mais agressivo. Com esta liberalização foi possível um aumento brutal do número de farmácias, cerca de 40% em 6 anos(!). Expansão essa que se continua a verificar, explicando assim o porque de estarem com uma falta enorme de recursos humanos na área. 

As grandes cadeias vieram para ficar e estabeleceram-se sem dar qualquer tipo de hipótese. Neste momento cerca de 90% do mercado está dividido apenas por três empresas:

1.  Apotek 1 é a maior rede de farmácias com uma quota de cerca de 45 por cento do mercado. Os cerca de 3.000 funcionários estão distribuídos por mais de 300 farmácias em todos os municípios e dois armazéns grossistas. É uma filial do alemão Phoenix Group
2.  Boots farmácia foi lançado na Noruega em 2008 e atualmente tem 150 farmácias por todo o país. Filial da marca Inglesa homónima.
3. Vitusapotek é uma rede de farmácias em todo o país, com 200 farmácias e 1.500 funcionários que tem uma filial que controla 23 farmácias hospitalares. Filial da alemã Celesio.

O paralelismo com o nosso futuro está aqui. Tenho a convicção que dentro de algum tempo estaremos numa situação parecida em termos de mercado mas muito pior em termos de emprego farmacêutico. Em Portugal as leis são apenas meras linhas orientadoras, a regulação não existe e a promiscuidade da OF com a ANF faria corar de vergonha qualquer Casanova. 

Na Noruega não se podem comprar Ben-u-ron 1000g como se fossem pastilhas, sem prescrição. Pílulas contracetivas sem receita?  É melhor nem pensar nisso. Ben-u-ron 500g? Uma por pessoa e nada mais. Nem vale a pena falar de Ansiolíticos ou Antibióticos que muitos colegas nossos andam a dar às pessoas se "for cliente habitual". 

E tudo começa por aqui. Se há regulação não acontecem casos de estarem pessoas SEM FORMAÇÃO NENHUMA a dispensar receitas. Na Noruega TODAS as receitas precisam de ser validadas por farmacêuticos. Há verdadeira responsabilidade pelo acto farmacêutico. 

Se realmente houver a liberalização do mercado em Portugal, não vai demorar muito até termos Técnicos  auxiliares de Farmácia  ou pessoas sem formação a atender e aconselhar utentes. Mesmo que os ordenados para farmacêuticos venham por ai a baixo, ainda mais.

I'll just talk a little about the pharmaceutical system in Norway. 

I have to say that this is our view before we arrive Norway.

Until March 1, 2001 the possibility of owning a pharmacy in Norway was allowed to Pharmacists. Thereafter there was a full liberalization of pharmacies enabling the emergence of large chains. The only restrictions right now are for doctors and pharmaceutical industries. We can make the analogy with what happened in Portugal but in comparison, I think that was much more aggressive. With this liberalization was possible a brutal increase in the number of pharmacies, about 40% in 6 years (!). Expansion that continues, explaining why they have a huge lack of human resources in the area.

The big chains are there to stay and settled without giving any kind of hypothesis. At this time about 90% of the market is divided only by three companies: 

•   Apotek1 is the largest pharmacy chain with a share of about 45 percent of the market. The approximately 3,000 employees are spread over more than 300 pharmacies in all municipalities and two wholesale warehouses. It is a subsidiary of the German Phoenix Group;
• Boots pharmacy was launched in Norway in 2008 and currently has 150 pharmacies across the country. English branch of the homonymous brand;
• Vitusapotek is a network of pharmacies across the country, with 200 pharmacies and 1,500 employees who have a branch that controls 23 hospital pharmacies. Norwegian subsidiary of german group Celesio. 

The parallels with our future is here. I am convinced that over time we will be in a similar situation in terms of market but much worse in terms of pharmacist employments. In Portugal the laws are just mere guidelines, the regulation does not exist and the promiscuity of with the ANF (nacional pharmacists association) would blush with shame any Casanova. 

In Norway we can not buy Ben-u-ron 1000g as if they were pills without prescription. Contraceptive pills without prescription? It's better not to think about it. Ben-u-ron 500g? One per person and nothing more. Not even worth talking about anxiolytics or antibiotics that many of our colleagues go to give the people "is a regular customer." 

And it all starts here. If regulation does not happen there are cases of people WITHOUT ANY TRAINING to dispense recipes. In Norway ALL the recipes need to be validated by pharmacists. There is true accountability by the pharmaceutical act. 

If there really is a market liberalization in Portugal, will not be long until we auxiliary of Pharmacy Technicians or untrained to meet and advise users. Even though the salaries for pharmacists come around for a down further.

Começar a pensar em fazer a mala Parte 1 // Start thinking about packing Part 1

Tudo tratado (acho eu!) e a um mês de irmos embora, o que fazer agora?

Consultas de rotina tratem delas antes de ir embora!!

Eu estou a pensar na mala. Já discuti mais a PG que não vai caber nem metade do que queremos levar na bagagem a que temos direito. Provavelmente o sexo masculino não se vai rever nesta minha opinião mas aposto que 80% (estou a ser simpática ahah) do sexo feminino (meninas não se escondam!!) concordam comigo: temos tudo e mais um par de botas (ai o espaço para as botas!) para colocar na mala. Uma espécie de Rossio na rua da Betesga mesmo.  

Meninas vou-vos pôr então ao corrente da quantidade de malas que a TAP (companhia aerea por onde vamos viajar) permite por passageiro. Garanto-vos que não estou enganada já que esta informação me deu imenso jeito quando fiz Erasmus:

• Uma Mala de Porão: até 23 quilos (não abusem muito porque eu, por acaso, tive sorte e tenho quase a certeza que trazia excesso de peso quando vim de Italia e não me disseram nada; mas já vi pessoas na internet a queixarem-se que tinham pago extra por terem um quilo ou dois;
• Uma Mala de Cabine: "supostamente" pode ter até 10 quilos... masss se não forem fazer o check-in com ela ao pé de vocês podem ter um ou dois quilinhos a mais que ninguém vos diz nada :)
• Um Necessaire: Não têm? Arranjem xD. Não querem? Azar. Podem levá-lo e podem enfiar o que quiserem lá dentro (eu levava tudo o que se pode imaginar de acessórios ahaha)
• Uma Mala de Computador: Quando fui para Italia descobri lá um casa uma mala estranha da Samsonite que dava para colocar a tiracolo e foi a que levei como mala do computador. Uma maravilha! Até o pijama levava lá dentro ahaha;
• Mala de senhora: A vossa mala portanto. Acho que vou tentar convencer o Ricardo a usar uma mala por umas horas :P (vou tentar argumentar com ele, me aguardem!!)

Ora dito isto, a minha ideia é pagar pelo menos mais uma mala extra. Tenho a dizer que 23 quilos (ou seja uma de porão) custa mais 75€. Contando que a maneira mais barata (pelo que a PG me disse) é pelos Correios (CTT) e 20 quilos custam 100€ por isso não me parece uma má coisa levarmos cada um uma mala extra! Que tal?

P.s. A fotografia que vos mostro aqui é relativa às malas para 4 meses de 2 raparigas (minhas e da NN quando fomos para Italia). Bom prognóstico não é? NOT.

If you have medical check-up we wanna do, DO IT before leaving !! 

Now, I'm start to think in the luggages. I have discussed over with PG that it will be impossible to fit even half of what we want to carry. Probably the guys here are not going to sign my opinion on this but I bet that 80% (I'm being nice ahah) of females (girls do not hide !!) agree with me: we have everything and a pair of boots (OH GOD, space for the boots!) to put in the suitcase. 

Girls will then put you aware of the amount of bags that TAP (air company where we will travel) allows per passenger. I assure you I will not do mistakes since this information was given to me by TAP and it was really nice for me during my ERASMUS period: 

• A "Cargo Hold" luggage: up to 23 quilos ; 
• A Cabin luggage: "supposedly" can have up to 10 quilos ... buuuttt if while you are doing check-in you don't carry it, you can add one or two quilos and it won't be a problem);
• A Necessaire: Do not own one? Get it xD. You do not want it? Bad luck. You Can actually take it and you can stick whatever you want in there (I took everything one can imagine the accessories ahaha) 
• Mala Computer: When I went to Italy I discovered a strange luggage in my house of Samsonite. It was able to carry my computer and lots of things. Wonder that! I took up the pajamas inside ahaha; 
• "Ladies bag": Your own so. I think I'll try to convince Ricardo to use a suitcase for a few hours :P (I will try to argue with him, stand by me!!) 

Now having said that, my idea is to pay at least one extra suitcase. I have to say that 23 quilos costs € 75 more. Counting the cheapest way (that PG told me) is by mail (CTT) and 20 quilos costs 100 €... it doesn't seem a bad thing we take an extra suitcase each ! How about? 

P. S. The picture shown here resumes the amount of suitcases for 2 girls in 4 months (mine and NN bags , when we went to Italy). Prognosis? NOT GOOD.
